Mellow honey to start then moves to nuttiness, a sea breeze and grasses on the nose. Almost rich aromas. The taste moves to a pleasant sweet, light grassiness that becomes dry with a lingering wee tang. You need to take time with this dram - allow it to open up. It becomes a solidly good dram.
