Rich dark fruit, apples, cherries and tobacco aromas on the nose. Gentle fruit, soft spices mouthfeel. Luscious briny fruit notes, caramel. light sherry, figs and plums on the palate. Sherry and dark fruitcake on a medium finish.

Dark fruit, sweet sherry, honey, figs, plums and salt aromas on the nose. Lovely chewy sherried mouthfeel. Sherry infused Christmas cake, oak, sweet briny dark fruit and hint of smoke on the palate. Heavy, rich dark fruit on a medium finish.

Mild toffee, leather, tobacco, sherry, salty red fruit in a dusty warehouse on the nose. Soft toffee mouthfeel. Rich, thick fruity toffee, soft ginger in a sweet fruit medley on the palate. Lovely honey, fruit and spices on a medium long finish.

Rich caramel, sweet dark fruit jam with a hint of peat on the nose. Lovely thick rich syrupy mouthfeel, figs, plums and brown sugar on the palate. Toffee, touch of sweet smoke on a long complex finish.

Salty maritime caramel, warm fruit and gentle spices on the nose. Luscious dried fruit, mild sherry, rich oak and sweet peat on the palate. Gentle rich dark fruit on the finish.

Dark fruit, sherry, warm honey and light oak aromas on the nose. Sweet, mellow mouthfeel, soft toffee, salt and a touch of smoke. Sweet, butterscotch and fruit on the finish. Love it.
